What are the incoterms of Break Bulk&RORO transport?
AA.FLT=FULL LINER TERMS
FLT:Full Liner Terms which when used from a liners perspective means that the liner is responsible for the loading (In) and discharging (Out) costs at the Port of Load and Port of Discharge and basically the liners responsibility and costs commence/ceases at the shore side where the cargo is made available.)
B.FIO=FREE IN AND OUT
FIO:Free In/Out which when used from a liners perspective means that the client (shipper or consignee) are responsible for the loading (In) and discharging (Out) costs at the Port of Load and Port of Discharge respectively.. The lines responsibility and costs commences/ceases when the cargo passes the ships rail.
C.FILO=FREE IN LINER OUT
FILO:Free In/Liner Out which when used from a liners perspective means that the shipper is responsible for the loading (In) costs at the Port of Load and the Liner (carrier) is responsible for the discharging (Out) costs at the Port of Discharge.
D.LIFO=LINER IN FREE OUT
LIFO:Liner In/Free Out which when used from a liners perspective means that the liner is responsible for the loading (In) costs at the Port of Load and the consignee is responsible for the discharging (Out) costs at the Port of Discharge.
E.FIOST= FREE IN AN OUT STOWED TRIMMED
FIOST Free in, out, stowed and trimmed And elaboration of the FIO chartering terms whereby the vessel owner is not responsible for the costs of loading, unloading, stowage, trimming. This is the opposite of gross terms. This is usually used for chartering bulk cargo of sand, cement ,soybean and fertilizer. - Q
What is a ro-ro ship? What are general delivery terms of RORO ships?
ARORO is short for “roll on, roll off”. This simply refers to the method by which vehicles and machinery are loaded onto large ocean shipping vessels for transport overseas. This can sometimes be a cheaper method of moving all kinds of vehicles internationally including cars, trucks, construction vehicles, tractors, trailers, mobile homes, RVs, backhoes, bulldozers, and many other types of oversized cargo. Many unpowered devices can also be on board by ro-ro MAFI boards. This is in contrast to FLT term which means the liner is responsible for the loading (In) and discharging (Out) costs at the Port of Load and Port of Discharge.

ARo-ro ship is shuttle vessel for global operation lines, with high loading and unloading rate, and it is the first choice for the cargos resistant damp and corrosion with the location of cabin regardless of the port equipment and draft.
