On March 25, 2020, the China-Europe train (Xi'an) opened for the first time in Rostock, Germany-the "iron-sea intermodal transport" train in Verona, Italy, Gothenburg, Sweden and Stockholm, Sweden. The train, with a total of 49 vehicles, passed through Kazakhstan, Belarus and Russia, and then transported by rail and sea to the German port of Rostock on the south bank of the Baltic Sea for cargo distribution, and finally arrived in Verona, Italy, and Gothenburg and Stockholm in northern Europe.
